Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Scheduling information for Willowdale Family Dentistry patients.
Cancellation notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling whenever possible.
Late cancellation / no-show fees: $55 for hygiene appointments and $100 for the doctor’s chair.

Appointments are scheduled by calling (610) 444-8744. The office team can help with appointment availability and general scheduling questions.
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment time may be made available to another patient.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Fees
The practice’s published policy lists a $55 fee for hygiene appointments and a $100 fee for the doctor’s chair for no-shows and late cancellations.
